Customer returns with missing accessories
Hi guys,
I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered a situation with customer returns where the customers don’t include the accessories. I recently faced this issue when a customer returned a product but didn’t include the charging cable, manual, and cleaning brushes. Since the return was processed through FBA, I don’t have a way to track which specific order it was.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so, did you find a way to get compensation for the missing accessories?
