Enough of Amazon Bots!

Now, Amazon's bots think that "Apple" is a trademarked word when you use "Apple Red" as a color name in the Clothing Category. I am seriously tired of Amazon's ridiculous programming. I have more than 5000 variations with that name, and now they expect me to change them, which causes extreme inconvenience during the holiday season.

The main problem is that sometimes changes don't go through, even if you upload a flat file. The category requirements constantly change, and Amazon keeps adding irrelevant attributes to listings. When I try to update my 5-year-old listings according to the new updates, everything mixes up sometimes.

If you are going to make this an issue, why did you even accept the "Apple Red" color attribute in the first place, Amazon? Apple is not a new brand, after all, they are 18 years older than you!

In 2023, where AI becomes so realistic and handles incredible tasks, seeing Amazon's bots not understand the difference between the word "Apple" (which is a common word, not like "Samsung" or "LG" or something) and the Apple brand is mind-blowing. The amount of emotional damage that Amazon has caused me in the past two months is priceless. There is also a financial damage part where my sales declined due to Account Health.

In light of these ongoing challenges, I hope that someone can eventually address these issues legally and bring about positive changes in Amazon's policies and programming to prevent such inconveniences for sellers in the future.
