New Amazon Seller Account Deactivated

So I just created my new amazon seller account and it got deactivated right away, I tried submitting every document that I could from my ID to bank documents to my bills but they seemed to reject to every time I provide any documentation. Its quite frustrating and I really need someone to figure this out for me.

Just so you know, every new account gets deactivated and has to verify identity.

Some tips for the verifcation: send Amazon ONLY what they ask for. If you send more, the bots cannot match things up to what they asked for.

Make sure names and addresses match exactly what you submitted when opening your account.

Do not send screen shots, get JPGs or PDFs. If they reject an item (and they won't tell you which one it is) do not just re-send it. Study it to see what could be different, Address? Name? Middle initial?? Street spelled out instead of St.? Etc. I have heard of any of these being an issue.

And then Wait. And then Wait another day or two. It IS hard, but when Amazon says 48 hours to hear from them, they usually mean a week.

Good luck.

I see that your account was deactivated and you have questions about how to resolve this.

So that I can understand and guide you the best, can you share the deactivation performance notification and any follow-up notifications here, for us to review? When sharing notifications here on the Forums, please ensure that you have removed your personal information first.

From what you shared, this sounds like the deactivation is due to seller identity verification. I suggest to review the help page I linked to view the requirements.

I look forward to learning more about your situation. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan

Hello @Seller_nCZkRfB4ECK3x,

I hope you are doing well and I want to apologize for the time it has taken for the moderating team and I to respond here.

Thank you for sharing your follow-up notification. This notification suggests that the documents you have submitted either do not match your information in seller central, were unable to be verified or did not meet our document requirements.

For seller identity verification you will be required to submit the following:

-a valid utility bill issued in the last 90 days for piped gas, natural gas, electricity, piped water, mobile phone, fixed-line phone, or internet service

OR

-a business license

If you do not have one of the requested service bills above that is able to be verified, a business license will be required. Do you have a business license to submit?

I am aslo willing to provide any other documentation that may be required from amazon's side.

Providing any other documents outside of the requested documents will likely be rejected and we cannot guarantee a resolution of this issue.

I look forward to your reply.

Wishing you the best,
