Buy Box Suppressed for Distant Pin codes on easy ship
I started selling on amazon two months back. I have around 8 SKU's. Out of 8, I was able to get good sales for one of the SKU. As soon as it stared moving, amazon delayed the pick up date to 3-5 days from the date of order. This resulted in low visibility and sales.
From past two days no orders were coming for this particular SKU. When I checked again they have removed the buy box option especially in farther PIN codes. My account health metrics are stable, late shipment rate < 4%, VTR >95%.
I've raised this issue with amazon seller support, with case ID's 11143312832 , 11115148392
