Inventory & Listing & Shipping

I am new to Amazon FBA and I have a few questions about inventory, listing, and shipping.

1. On the search result page, it says that my product is currently unavailable even though my seller account states that it is active and available for sale. Amazon received the product today (Sep,26th). What might be the issue here?

2. I can't enable the FBA New Selection Program and Remote Fulfillment as my product or ASIN does not show up when I generate the document. What could be the reason for this?

3. On the shipping settings page in Seller Central, does my default shipping address have to be the address of the warehouse I sent my products? ( I am a FBA seller)

4. Will Prime Shipping be enabled automatically as a FBA seller? if not, what do I need to do to enable it?

5. I have synced my product from Amazon.com to Amazon.ca using Build International Listings, but it is not synchronized yet. How long does it take for it to be synced or is there an additional action I need to take?
