Want to close Amazon Seller

My All Stock is Zero,

As I no longer want to sell on Amazon.

But so much payment is pending in Amazon.
Amazon hold some payment in Reseve if I no longer make any fresh Sale. Then after 1-2 Month will I get the full amount after settlement of all refund claims and extra or all the money in reserve will be held back with Amazon if I don’t make make any fresh Sale.

Amazon hold some payment in Reseve if I no longer make any fresh Sale. Then after 1-2 Month will I get the full amount after settlement of all refund claims and extra or all the money in reserve will be held back with Amazon if I don’t make make any fresh Sale.

SIR ,
The reasons which you have given us regarding the deduction of our money is not accepted. We have faced a huge loss because of your mistake.
Reimbursement our complete (full) amount which has been debited

If the shipment is not ‘Returned/Delivered to seller’ within 30 days from the date of refund to the buyer, Amazon will reimburse you in accordance with the Safe-T policy.

We did not get the the product nor even the payment. We have already clarified everything to you but again and again you are messaging us with the same we request you to kindly reimburse all the debited amount from my account back into my account.

Perhaps changing your listing status to Inactive until final payment is made is advisable. Logically, Amazon should not hold back any amount beyond the period you mentioned. Only when final payment is received should you go for closing of account, because once closed you will not be able to access the account.
