Unable to Adjust Product Packaging Dimensions, Seller Support Offers No Solutions?

For background, we are in the seller fulfilled prime trial currently. From our end, all is well and our metrics should be great.

However, I noticed that many of our standard sized products have blanks where the package dimensions should be. Then, I noticed that our standard sized speed metrics are nonexistent and barely any page views were logged. This is despite our standard sized products being our highest volume sellers and successfully shipping many 1 and 2 day orders on time.

Our oversize items are on the same template, have the proper dimensions, and their speed metrics are great.

I theorized that the incorrect metrics may be related to the package dimensions that are not showing. So, I tried every way Amazon provided to fix the dimensions. Over the course of 3 weeks, still, nothing had changed.

My most recent interaction with seller support on this issue did not give me any direction. I was told that the relevant package dimensions could not be changed because it is tied to an Amazon Fulfillment Center? With that information in mind, I submitted a dimension change to make it exactly what Amazon has it as. Still no change or improvement.

Our standard speed metrics are still showing incorrectly and we are worried about having to re-do the trial again.
