Depends on how you have it set up. You can have them returned to your address on file.

Hi @Seller_IkrWb6s5uf1s9,
Quick question before I dive in - when you mention "FBA," are you specifically using Amazon's fulfillment services (where they store and ship your products), or are you handling shipping yourself?
I ask because I've noticed many sellers use "FBA" when talking about their Amazon business in general, even if they're actually doing their own fulfillment (which would technically be FBM - Fulfillment By Merchant).
If you're using FBA, customer returns go back to Amazon's fulfillment centers, not to your address. According to the FBA customer returns policy (link), here's what happens:
1.) Amazon receives the return at their fulfillment center and evaluates its condition (usually takes up to 72 hours)
2.) After evaluation, Amazon either:
- Puts sellable items back into your FBA inventory
- Marks unsellable items (damaged/defective) as unfulfillable
For unfulfillable items, you'll have 30 days to decide whether you want Amazon to send them to your address or dispose of them.
Hope this helps clarify the returns process! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Best regards, Michael

Thanks for asking this question here on the seller forums @Seller_IkrWb6s5uf1s9! I am glad to see the responses from the community already.
I'll also share this Seller University video focused on the FBA returns process, but let me know if you still have any questions after taking a look!
Best,
