Amazon - Give Us the Addresses!
Once we fulfil an order, you remove many address details from our view. Then, if there's a problem with the order - we don't have the address any longer. You are not allowed to give it to us. Customers never read our messages. So we're up the creek on providing good cs.
EG: Buyer calls customer service on a "Where's my stuff?" and asks for a replacement (which will be sent by the independent seller). Customer service sends us a summary of the phone conversation. For heaven's sake - *ask the customer for their full address*. We don't have it. Messaging the customer is a dice throw cause they often ignore their messages.
Why are you removing the addresses in the first place?
So - please train your cs to ask for the full address or stop removing it from our view.

Can you go back to the original order under the shipped tab and reprint the original label? The address will be on the reprinted label.

Thanks for taking the time to post, and I can appreciate your commitment to customer service! There was a changed made roughly a year ago to length of time a buyer's address would be displayed, and it was discussed at length in this thread. I understand the frustration the short window can represent, but my recommendation would be to continue to attempt communication first and foremost via Buyer-Seller messages as it is the only approved communication method for contacting buyers.
