I am a new seller on Amazon FBA. I have been actively selling my products for over two months now and currently invested on daily in my advertising campaigns. Despite these efforts, I had several orders, and yet I have encountered an issue with customers being unable to leave reviews for my products. As a new seller, customer reviews are crucial for building trust and credibility, which are essential for achieving a healthy account and reaching my sales goals. I would like to understand why my account is currently not eligible for customers to write reviews and what steps I can take to resolve this issue.
