Notification of Restricted Products Removal
Hello,
i am selling a generic product that are heat patches. In my listing i state this product is not medication, wont heal or repair, and benefits are limited to only when using.
today i recieved an email stating: his product has been identified as a prescription-only or pharmacy-only product containing the active ingredient Lidocaine. Amazon policy prohibits the sale or listing of prescription-only or pharmacy-only products.
i do not state i used Lidocaine and that what i sell is medicine.
can someone help advise what i need in order to appeal? i have opened a case but i have little hopes in amazons customer service that they will give me enough info for me to act.

It appears that Selling Partner Support required additional information from you on your appeal case:
"Kindly provide all sides clear images of the product with the ingredient list on the product in the detail page for further review."
Please follow up with the team either through a support case or on your Account Health Dashboard to continue appealing the ASIN. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding this restricted product.
