I'm in pending approval for brand registry
My brand registry application is still in pending status since I applied in June. #13054251421
I have reached out to the brand registry email contact more than a handful of times. I was denied due to not having an pending trademark application in Mexico and Canada. I switched those platforms to vacation and was sent an updated case #13445325641 on 8/1/12023. There was another reason too. My pending application also stated the category i wanted to sell wasn't accepting items from theses categories: used, camping and one other but my item is not in either of the categories.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team. Apologies for the delay in my response as I was out of the office and am catching up. Thank you for providing the case ID, it made it much easier to figure out what is going on.
You are missing the verification step which does have to be completed within 10 days of when the case is opened. Please note, this case is not the same Case ID as your enrollment application. For example, the case ID for your initial Brand Registry application was 13028492691 and then case ID 13054251421 was created for the verification step.
The verification step requires you to reply in that case with the verification code that was sent to the trademark correspondent email address. You can see this email address in the Amazon response to case ID 13054251421 on 6/17/23.
Since you are passed the 10 days, a new application is required in order to enroll in Amazon Brand Registry.
