Account suspended as related accounts
Amazon Falsely flagged and suspended my account as to their policy of being connected to another amazon seller account, after a vigorous digging I found the other account that my account got connected to, I found their business LLC as well as their home address, I tried reaching out to them via all social media methods as well as calling them but got blocked on all methods, on top of all that I found that they have another Amazon store under their name instead of their business name, with a PO Box around the corner from their home address, All my appeals stating these facts and proving that I am not connected and that Ive never met this person is still not enough to get my account back, what are if any the other options to reinstate my account in this case?

Amazon is very good at connecting the dots and has found shared information between you and the other account. Now you need to figure out what that shared information is and how the link occurred.
Have you ever used a Virtual Assistant or other third party to help with anything concerning your account?

Hi @Seller_5IykndgnVBN2z,
Thank you for your post. I understand you are dealing a related accounts issue. In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated for policy violation. Due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.
As @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQ has stated, can you share what information you have submitted in your appeal along with the rejection notification you received when the appeal was not accepted.
When preparing your new plan of action, please consider the following:
- Have you had any third party assisting you with the account?
- Who all has user permissions within the account?
- If applicable, what is your relationship to these people?
- Do any of these individuals have their own selling accounts? Examples could be family members, current or former employees, or third party entities.
- If so, what information could have been shared between the accounts?
- If applicable, do these individuals still have access to your account specifically?
- What devices have been used to access the account?
- Have other account owners accessed their accounts with this device?
- What is the timeline of contact with the other account?
- Do you know the name and/or owner of the other account?
Once you have determined the answers to these questions, you will then want to create and submit a plan of action that details the following:
- The results of your investigation
- Where, when, and what kind of information was shared between the two accounts
- How this contact will no longer take place in the future.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
