Another "Account Deactivation" thread

This is my first post on here - I've read a few hours of posts about how many other sellers have been affected by this, however it's a little unclear how sellers have escaped this.

My ODR is 2.38% comprising of one A-Z Claim and one negative feedback. We aren't massive sellers so two issues has pushed us over the 1%.

A-Z claim was due to the item being lost in the post. (No customer contact, just direct A-Z against us).

Negative feedback was my fault, I supplied one item when the customer purchased two - no customer contact just negative feedback. Customer is silent so I can't resolve this one.

We've since lost the buy box on everything we sell and sales are almost zero. We've had one sale in two weeks.

It's unclear how I get the ODR down when I'm not selling anything, or how other sellers have escaped this rabbit hole.

Feels a bit like I'm being pushed out as the system is gamed against me.

Any advice for a frustrated seller?

Hi AnonymousCoward

To my understanding - you can offer items at a reduced price - temporarily - to get more orders and reduce the ODR or wait out the 60 days until your offending orders drop off...

All Best
