Product Compliance Document Pending

We received an email stating 'listing at risk of deactivation' for our nutriceutical product due to 'missing mandatory compliance documentation'. However - we are already selling the product and we already had the testing and have the appropriate certifications/documents. Even though the documents had already previously been submitted when we listed the product originally, once I received the email months ago, I went ahead and resubmitted the required documentation to Amazon under the 'manage your compliance' section.

Currently it looks like there are two 'requests' in the manage your compliance section - one is under 'incomplete requests', and one is under 'complete requests' - however, for some reason the documents that I submitted are under the 'complete requests', and that request is listed as 'under review'. The other one under 'incomplete request' is submitted, though the documents are not in this one.

This has been this way for a couple months now, and I'd love to take care of this since I prefer not having any risk of deactivation - and since I have all the documentation that is required.

We would really appreciate getting help with this whenever possible? Thank you so much!
