Amazon departments - "Email address is not associated with a Seller Central account"

Hello,
This one is bugging me. I wanted to look at Amazons lending new offers purely out of interest but get “Unauthorised access
Sorry, you are currently not authorised to access this page”
So I e-mailed the lending department on the address provided to see what was going on but get a basically automated response from whoever picks it up

“The email address you used to contact us doesn’t have an Amazon Selling account related to it, we are unable to help you right now”
I have had my seller account approx 12years, selling fine, no restrictions etc etc so I sent the same question a few times and even included a screenshot of my login details page showing the same e-mail address that I sent the e-mail from and get the exact same response back, they obviously will not even read the e-mail.

I’m not too concerned about this from the lending point of view as it was simply out of interest but did make me wonder what happens if it was something important and that particular department still for whatever reason don’t recognise the account?! I equally don’t want too push it too much with seller support since who knows what they will do to the account :wink:
Has anyone else had similiar or resolved such an issue?
