Does a Buyer get refund of the Shipping Fee as well when he returns the product?
I offer free shipping but there are a few locations where I charge shipping according to the weight and size of the product for long distant locations. My question is, if the buyer pays Shipping fee for such products, and the returns the product. Do I have to refund the Full Amount Including the Shipping Fee?? This will cost me double on my pocket for the Heavy Shipping Charges. What's the seller's right in this case??

Hi @Seller_9T7rbAB6URnqm,
According to the help pages, whether you need to refund shipping fees depends on the reason for the return:
For seller-fault returns (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202175040):
- If you sent wrong/damaged items or missing parts
- You must provide a full refund including original shipping costs
- You're also responsible for return shipping costs
For buyer-fault returns (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201144210):
- If buyer changed their mind or made an ordering mistake
- You can refund just the item price
- You don't have to refund the original shipping costs
- You can deduct return shipping costs from the refund
One exception: If you offer Free Returns on your listings (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G8EKQAPUCQA9RAP8), you cannot deduct return shipping costs regardless of the return reason.
I hope this helps.
Best regards, Michael
