Amazon Changing Delivery-By Date, Affecting Health
If my original Deliver-By date is the 20th, and I ship it on the 15th via 3-day, Amazon changes the Delivery-By date to the 18th. If the carrier delivers on the 19th, Amazon says I missed my Deliver-By date.
This negatively impacts my On-Time-Delivery metric, which Amazon uses to penalize sellers in Toys during Christmas, so it's a big deal.
Is there a fix?

Understand that your account is encountering issues regarding On-Time-Delivery metric.
On-time delivery is a metric which enables sellers to determine the percentage of merchant fulfilled packages received by customers on or before the Amazon promised delivery date that appears on seller central. This number is based on packages that had confirmed tracking information. Customers tell us that receiving their orders on time and having the ability to track their packages are important contributors to their overall satisfaction with an order.
We recommend that sellers maintain an On-Time-Delivery greater than 97% in order to provide a good customer experience.
Failure to meet Amazon's target for this metric generally does not result in the suspension of your selling account. However, it could cause negative feedback or claims, which could impact your selling account status.
We suggest you to open a case (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/support) and describe your issue in detailed. This way, you will allow the relevant team to investigate and revert as soon as possible for your necessary assistance.
