Easy Ship orders are not picked up
Hi,
Easy ship orders are not getting picked up on scheduled dates.
I have been raising this since 22/07/2024. Till now there are about 5 orders that got cancelled.
There is one more waiting for pickup, the scheduled slot for this order is 29/07/2024. But still no one shown up to pick my orders.
How long will you take this to resolve?
As a seller what we have to do?
Do we need to deliver the products on door-step for each every customer?
Please don't ask me to wait, I have waited enough. At the end result my orders getting cancelled. Please provide a valid answer instead of sorry or apologies. Sorry won't get my order back. Be responsible and provide me a quick update.
I requested several call back with supervisors as well. I'm still waiting....

Try to get number of the delivery person or the agency . It will help

They won't reach you out for these issues, because they know the ground reality. We as sellers are spending on ads to get orders and without our concern they are cancelling the orders.
