I need urgent help. I am unable to log into my seller account

My account is locked after I changed my bank account. I can't change the password because it requires OPT verification of my old phone number which I no longer have access to. I cannot access two step verification reset link because it wants me to change my password first and verify the old phone number.

I tried calling and emailing amazon in countless ways. I tried all the steps on "Seller Central sign in help" page. I tried calling customer service. Nothing worked so far.

Has anyone has this issue? Does anyone know the solution?
