Need Leadership Escalation – First Order Pickup Not Updated, Partial Delivery & Seller Health Affected

Hi Team,

I’m a new seller on Amazon, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had on my very first order.

My shipment was picked up by an Amazon associate on 27.06.25 at 02:36 PM, but the pickup status was not updated in the system. Despite raising a case with Seller Support and providing call recordings and CCTV footage as proof, the case was closed without a proper investigation.

I had to personally visit the local hub, search for my package, and only then was the status manually marked as picked up. This was not resolved by Amazon support but solely due to my own effort.

Now, one item from the shipment has been delivered, but the second item is still undelivered with no update.

The Order ID for the undelivered item is: #407-9812691-9226756.

This delay is not from my end, yet it is affecting my seller health, and I am concerned that the buyer may cancel the order due to the late delivery — which will unfairly impact my performance.

Seller Support has not provided any meaningful help, and I am requesting a leadership-level escalation to resolve this issue and protect my account standing.

Please look into this urgently and assist.
