Amazon BOX and FBA Labels Printing Poorly- Fix

I've been working on this for a few years. For some reason I don't know, Amazon Box Label printing quality is horrible with a UPS Zebra LP2822 printer. I've tried everything several times to fix the quality, but the barcodes are sometimes unreadable by UPS and USPS. The only thing that works is either use a laserprinter to print the label and FBA label, or save the label as a PDF and THEN print it out which works perfectly. We have a box lost in transit hell since December which might have something to do with the label data Amazon is sending to us. They do NOT scan the shipments here ever. I tried third party software which does the same thing as the PDF it seems. Is there a setting somewhere perhaps I'm missing?? Thanks. PS: The barcode is squiggly like little snakes rather than DEFINED STRAIGHT LINES.

Try downloading the drivers from Seagull Scientific. They are free, and work much better with Amazon than the stock Zebra drivers.

I have this exact problem. The labels come out perfect on my HP laser printer with 2/page labels. But, cutting them to size is very time consuming. The labels from my Eltron 2844 printer for Amazon come out with those same squiggly lines and the FBA label is very poor quality.
