Urgent Help Needed: Severe Pricing Error on 1,977 FBA Units, Facing Huge Financial Losses

I’m reaching out for urgent advice or assistance regarding a serious pricing error on my Amazon FBA listings that has left me facing substantial financial losses. I’ve already opened multiple cases with Amazon Seller Support via phone and email, but the responses I’ve received haven’t provided a workable solution. Here’s what happened:
The Situation:
Pricing Error: These items were mistakenly listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) instead of Euros (€), resulting in an extremely low price that doesn’t even cover costs. I did not get any Pricing Health warning, as i got another time when the price was set bigger and the listing was immediately paused.
Orders Fulfilled: So far, 2 orders have been fulfilled, which have already caused financial losses. However, there are pending orders for 1,975 units, and if they are fulfilled at this incorrect price, the financial impact on my business will be devastating.
What I've Done:
I’ve opened two email cases and made one phone call to Amazon support explaining the issue in detail and requesting that the orders be canceled or some other solution be provided.
Unfortunately, I was told that FBA orders cannot be canceled due to Amazon’s internal policies. Support also mentioned that since the error was not created by Amazon, they cannot offer a solution to offset the loss. They do not try to understand the situation I am in. I am very frustrated. I see no empathy regarding seller’s situation. Amazon wins, the buyer wins and the seller looses ...
I am trying to get support since the minute I have seen 19 orders in a few minutes. The inventory wasn t even reserved for fulfilment! Now the orders have started to complete and my hands are tied, i am being transferred from one agent to another only to hear they can t do anything to help me.
Why This Is Critical:
If all 1,977 units are fulfilled at the incorrect price, I will face massive financial losses that will severely damage my business. I have already incurred losses from the 2 orders that have been fulfilled, and I am desperate for any solution that can help prevent further damage.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Were you able to escalate the matter or find an alternative solution?
Amazon Support: Is there any way for Amazon to intervene given the scale of this pricing error and the exceptional nature of the financial impact? I am open to exploring any options that would prevent the fulfillment of these orders at the incorrect price.
I would greatly appreciate any advice or insights from fellow sellers or suggestions on how to escalate this further within Amazon. I understand that mistakes happen, but given the severity of this situation, I am hoping there might be a solution to avoid these enormous losses.

Urgent Follow-Up on FBA Orders Cancellation Request – Currency Error
It has been another day, and I have not received any response since yesterday regarding cases 10172549162 and 10172273212. In the meantime, payment for the affected orders is being confirmed, which will only complicate the situation further!
I am politely requesting a one-time exception in this exceptional situation to cancel the FBA orders from the Poland store, where a clear currency error occurred, allowing customers to take advantage and clear out my inventory. The payment of fulfillment fees is now 4 to 5 times larger than the price sold, making it impossible for me to fulfill these orders.
This is an urgent matter, and I kindly ask for your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this issue before it escalates further. I fully understand and respect Amazon’s policies regarding FBA order cancellations. However, it is clear that this was an unintentional pricing error, and the customers have taken advantage of it by purchasing large quantities at an incorrect price liquidating all my inventory and the fees are disproportionate !
While I understand that protecting customers is important, Amazon should also protect sellers, ensuring this platform remains a safe and fair place for us as well. In this case, the currency error has left me facing substantial financial loss, and I cannot fulfill these orders given the disproportionate fees compared to the price charged.
