Order is not picked up by delivery partner. order is already ready to dispatch but no one came to collect it. we are trying to connect to the delivery partner but there are no response. we cant able to even connect. it is not seller performance it is all about delivery partner delayed performance.
I hope amazon will take the action.

This happens sometimes, If it is a regular affair, raise the concern with Amazon.
Also for any day if the MFN order is not picked till 6 PM, raise the concern by going to the order page - shipped - on the tab check for click here if your order is not picked up and then raise the concern … by providing information to Amazon…
You can write your comments as - “Order has not been picked for the date 28/07/2023. Total 8 orders pending for the day. This information is shared and raised the concern that non-pick-up should not impact the performance. Non-pick-up has occurred twice in the last 7 days”

My order was supposed to be picked up on July 30th, 2023. But no one came for pick up and when I was trying to call to the person who came on a regular basis, he was not answering my calls due to which I had to face the late shipment.

We would suggest you to create a case with our Seller Support team from your Seller Central to report the pick-up issues.You can reach out to the Seller support from here.
As suggested by @ARMADAS_ENTERPRISE, you can fill a form available on your manage orders page to report the late or missed pick up issue. Please follow the below path:
Orders > Manage orders > Sent (Orders).
