Spreadsheet upload status - cannot download processing summary - blank site?
When I upload a category listing report, there are 0 successful records. It says action required. When I go actions > Download processing summary > it opens in a new tab and loads a white page every time. I did it with a second import and same thing. Any ideas? Trying to see what the errors are so I can fix.

Thanks for the post. Have you tried uploading the file in excel? Including a quick read on Review Processing Reports. It includes guidance to handle a a few processing and uploading issues.
If this does not solve the issue, kindly open a case with Seller Support.
