You may be a newbie-otherwise you wouldn't have missed the threads on this topic!
For more than three months, THE INFORM CONSUMER ACT and how to respond to AMZ's demands for information; has provided about 65% of the threads on this forum. I suggest you spend time looking at the major ones re: ACCOUNT REVERIFICATION/ INDENTITY REVERIFICATION/ADDRESS and PHONE REVERIFICATION and the list goes one. (Use search bar on top of this page) .
Look at your Account Health(metrics) page. Gray box w/ green checkmarks. Click on the checkmarks and follow the prompts .
From what you posted, need to Reverify Identity. If in the US, the easiest way is to input front/back of driver's license or other government ID. Have you requested the postcard yet to verify address?

Given your experience and the time frame in place I suggest using the "Call Me Now" feature found on your Account Health Dashboard. We will want our team to put eyes on your account directly and talk through the best course of action for your personal information involving INFORM Consumers Act requirements.
