NDC requirement for 40% urea foot cream

Recently, one of my products was blocked, and I've been asked to provide an NDC. I've been selling this item on Amazon for over 8 years without an NDC. The product contains 40% urea cream. Is this product now classified as OTC, and what steps can I take to resolve this issue?

Greetings @Seller_EELsXWpVCv6MX,

In general Amazon requires compliance documentation in which a product is identified as subject to a policy. Policies and requirements change regularly which means your product may not have be subject to policies in the past but may be subject to policies now.

If your provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review to see what options exist. Thank you for your understanding.
