SAFE-T Claim Denied – Need Advice (Proof of Delivery Provided, No Images Uploaded)

Hello fellow sellers,

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has faced a similar situation and could advise.

We recently submitted a SAFE-T claim for order ID [insert order ID]. The order was successfully delivered, and we provided the courier’s proof of delivery with our claim.

We did not upload any product images, reused images, or file duplicate claims from different accounts.

Despite this, the claim was denied with the reason:

"You may have provided images not in accordance with Amazon policies or misused the SAFE-T claims policy."

We always follow Amazon’s policies carefully and have never misused the SAFE-T process.

It seems like there may have been a misunderstanding, and we’ve already appealed with these clarifications.

Has anyone faced this issue before?

How did you resolve it?

Is there anything else we can include in the appeal to help support our case?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello @Seller_Q6CgRGtudqAap- and thank you for posting to the seller forums.

I can help provide some information around SAFE-T Claims, including the overall policy page, the SAFE-T Policy for Easy Ship, Self-Ship, and Seller Flex orders: Terms and Conditions, and the Requirement matrix for SAFE-T claims, which should all help you understand the policy to determine where any misuse of the policy may have occurred. Our teams may not always share specific information in such situations due to privacy concerns, but I do hope this help page content is able to help you clarify the situation as you continue to work via any open SAFE-T Claim appeals.

Thank you again,

Danny
