Estimated delivery time is extended by 5 - 7 days
For over 4 weeks we are seeing an issue where amazon is padding the delivery timeframe for ALL FBM orders by 5-7 days vs what we are seeing in order details (ETD).
Our shipping performance for on time delivery is over 97%.
There are no degraded carrier performance (due to weather events, capacity constraints, or other factors that would trigger and increase the standard transit time and extend the delivery promise for ALL of our products.
We have opened the case (ID 14875813741) and provided examples. As usual we have received a canned reply.
