Poor Service of EasyShip & Amazon - No Pick Up for 3 days

We are new to amazon. Only our first order got picked up and delivered. We have got 5 more orders from which 1 has been automatically cancelled and others are on the verge of it because no pick up is happening. No one has come to pick up the orders since the past 3 days and this is affecting our business and brand very badly. Really disappointing and unpleasant experience and the seller support has no resolution and they have also charged us cancellation fees. Zero help, nothing to connect with agents or pick up team/ easy ship. Very upsetting especially for a small seller brand like us and when it is just the start for us.

Hi, I would suggest till this get sorted go for self ship.

It would help your business to grow in organic ranking, and no cancellation fee will be charged for the same.

Hey,

did you check the pickup date? If the pickup has not been done on the pickup by 6pm, you have to issue a complaint. The Amazon team will look into it, and it will not affect your metrics.

My suggestion is to be an easy ship; you will not have to worry about your shipments, and self-ship is more expensive than it will be and requires more work.

raise issue with seller support,this will help you to keep account ok besides beside if an order is not pick-up on due date by 6 pm there's option appears on manage orders dashboard to update by just adding a order 🆔 of any of pending pick up and misbehave of pick-up boy.useit
