Dear Amazon Team,
Some of the buyers are Fishy and they purposely place orders under COD terms and later once the order is shipped or in transit they cancel the orders. The main reason might be they are associates of Amazon shipping partners and they want to make business for those transporters who transport Amazon orders to customers. Once the order is cancelled, shipping and referral fee is lost. Thus, the sellers loose their hard earned money for no reason.
How does Amazon reimburse such orders where the fault is of buyer.
And how do we remove COD terms specially to safeguard ourselves from such occurences.
Yeah it’s true, Amazon India have to remove COD options at all from the country, it should be like such as amazon UK-USA and EU countries
amazon nowdays is working like authoritarion dictator who dont want to listen anyone. whenever you ask them a problem they starting refering policy instead of taking action.
recently a buyer is placing fake orders and its data available on internet. but buyer verifcation team says he is geniune.
when you ask seller support they says they dont know anything and says its policy.
also seller support behaves and asks data from merchants as if seller support is working in some other company
2-3years back it was not like that. surely they want to sit in offices in usa and control things on ground in India.
return should be only against satisfactory reasons, many buyers are returning products without any reason. Amazon should take concern of it, such things worsen the scenario for seller.

If COD can’t be removed then start asking for shipping back and forth charges in advance from the customers they will automatically stop placing fake orders we are facing the same issue from 2 years and this last month was height of fake orders and when you complaint all address which even a kid can say its fake that is as per there shipping guidelines, when you ask for help they deny or refer to policies and when you write on twitter they wont reply and supress your products and your sales will drop drastically like happened with us . Just because we raised our concern why after 72 days a refund was issued to the customer they messed with our sales and started applying all sorts of illogical policies on us . now we are sitting at zero sales

So who will be paying the transportation cost and amazon did not take into account of our labor cost and packaging cost.
