Utility bill verification issue
Hello, I am new seller from Pakistan. I had created seller account on 26 march 2024 and my account was deactivated on same day.Amazon says that we need additional document to verify your account such as business license or utility bill. I have internet bill on my name.Address and name is same in utility bill as will as in seller central account, but every time amazon reject my bill and says that we are unable to verify your document.

Internet bills aren't always accepted for address verification.

Are you downloading the internet bill directly from their website and submitting that? If so, sometimes those contain metadata the Amazon bots don't like.
Instead, print a hard copy, then either take a photo with your phone camera, save as a jpg and submit that or scan the hard copy to PDF and upload that. Make sure everything matches exactly to what you entered to sign up, as well as meeting all the other document requirements (link).
Also, make sure you have a valid credit card (not a debit card) entered in your account.

- Must have holders name and address
- Must have service provider's name, address, and logo (if logo is applicable)
- Must have issue date or due date and usage details (if applicable)
- Must be issued within the past 90 days
- Be authentic and unaltered
- Must not be password-protected
- Be in a supported language
If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document.
