FAKE IP COMPLAINT REPORT/ ASKING FOR HELP-2

what should I do ? During this 2 months my different product have received so many fake ip complaints from the same website and same email address again!!! 14 complaints case from the same people!!! He uploaded my images and text on his private website to report my product copyright infringement on amazon, and I need to spend over 20 days on each counter-appeal(DMCA), during this 20 days my product can’t sell on amazon and I lost a lot! And after my counter-appeal(DMCA)was successful he will start report me again!

I tried to contact the Amazon team for assistance, but did not receive any valid response! The person who didn’t have any copyright or evidence, but he can continue to report my product again and again! Even if all of my product are originally designed , my photos from my original images (I have registered the image copyright), my text edited by myself, I still cannot protect my product! These rules are very ridiculous!

Malicious and fake copyright reports continue to occur on my account, and I feel very confused!

We own retail stores and have many accounts with manufacturers and most of our accounts have a company Rep that handles our account. Well, when talking to our Reps, they knew nothing of the claim or the person who's name was on the Amazon email. So we looked deeper into the name Amazon supplied as the contact person. In both cases, this is again what we found.

Looking up each name and business on line, we found a one page add for their "so called" law firm. Their specialty is resolving infringement claims at Amazon. So, we contacted them. For $1000 sent by money order or Western Union, they will provide what Amazon needs, and for an additional $500 they will fix everything with the manufacturer.

When I asked if they needed my company account number and company Reps

name, they said no, they have it on file. So I asked them to tell it to me, After all it was right in front of them and they said they would AFTER I paid the Correction fees. They asked what item this was in reference to, and I gave them a WRONG ASIN number, and they had it right there. It is a scan for sure. Then I said my company Rep looked into this situation and said it was falsely made, you said you have his name, right? He hung up the phone.

Now, things get worse. I send all my documentation to Amazon for the product involved. and Amazon responds, that is not good enough, the retraction has to come from the Law Firm who made the claim, Which, of course, is the ACTUAL SCAMMER.

As I've said over past years past year, infringement claims are out of control on Amazon. The only thing that can save you is having the commercial invoices showing you actually have a retailers credit account with 30 day invoice billing with each manufacturer.

Yep, I had one recently. Provided invoices from the manufacturer. In my case it was the manufacturer who had filed the complaint. I had to threaten legal action to get them to withdraw.

Why Amazon would not accept my invoices is beyond me.

Hello @Seller_1Rl4exQFzvsXh,

Dougal here and thank you for all the complaint ID's. After some significant research I think I found something that I have already escalated to a partner team for review and I will let you know as soon as I hear back.

As for what you can do now, do you have proof of publication date for your images or those images copywritten or "proof," that they are your images? If so, I advise providing that in your response to the suspected IP violation so you won't have to worry about further action against you.

Best, Dougal
