How do you add a Product Trademark for Protection on Amazon (Rather than a Brand Trademark)?
We have a Brand Name, which we have registered as a Trademark in Brand Registry. We have also registered a Trademark for a product name. We have a lot of fake sellers using that product trademark to sell on Amazon. How do we register that product trademark in Brand Registry so that we can report these sellers and get them to remove references to our product Trademark? An example is... Apple is the brand, but they have Trademarked IPHONE... When I try and add our product trademark (using the Trademark number in USPTO or The AUS Equivalent - The product name does not match the Brand Name in Amazon, so it won't allow it to be added. Any help here would be appreciated. Or alternatively, how would I go about reporting these sellers in bulk (Like copyright infringement for images)? We are plagued with copycats right now. I have taken a look at your listings.
You sell many things that Amazon sellers would buy off of Alibaba. This leads me to believe that the extra sellers on your listings believe that they can just buy regular generic versions of your item and list in on any listing. Technically, this is counterfeiting but these sellers are doing it unknowingly.
Fortunately, your main trademark has a registration number(USPTO). If you invest in other product related trademarks, you will not have the same success you would have if you just use your main trademark.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I'm happy to assist. Yes you can report any/all intellectual property infringement. The way you report does vary depending on if the infringement is on the brand and that brand is enrolled in brand registry or not.
Guidance is provided in the Report intellectual property infringements help page for both enrolled and not enrolled in Brand Registry. Since you mention reporting on a product TM (not a brand), just look for "If you’re a Rights Owner or a Registered Agent and don’t have access to Amazon Brand Registry, you can submit reports of potential infringement using our Report Infringement form."
Adding Trademarks to your brand that is enrolled in Brand Registry does require the mark to be exactly the same as the mark you used to enroll the brand. You can dive more into this requirements and process on the Add additional trademarks to your brand help page.
