I think some of amazon buyer misuse of return policy in india , seller face the problems cz of this

yes buyers misuses return policy , they use the item and than return them . Also they use to keep the original item with them and return fake item . we are also facing the same problem . Please help!

Recently we had shipped a product to the buyer in the product we had 5 different books/notebooks. The buyer gives a 1-star rating and says it’s a rubbish product. Amazing refunds the amount, the buyer calls asking for a replacement.

Called up amazon seller support, which is totally useless as the agent told us to contact the buyer directly but amazon has already refunded.

My question is if the product is not up to the mark as per the buyer then why he wants a replacement? Why has amazing refunded him without asking us (the seller)

What happened exactly was the buyer got 5 books/notebooks in the order, he opened and removed 2-3 books and rest 2 he has returned to amazon and amazon gave refund. And the buyer now wants a replacement for the bad product, but wait Amazon has already given refun.

we are also facing the same issue, we deal in mens ethnic wear many customers used the product and return it and give the reason that product is not as expected .this is a serious problem which should be resolved .

On this issue amazon should take some serious action that many of return pick-up person are not train to identify the product as per details on amazon site and they just pick up the return also there should be awareness to the customer about how to return the product that it should be sealed in front of him so no misuse return policy will be done.
