Amazon is not doing pickup and the penalty is also being imposed..my 7th order has been canceled
Amazon is taking fees and shipping charges, they get a total of 30% to 40% margin still no proper process and management ....maybe that's why people are using other platforms and are doing good business.

whenever a pickup is missed file the missed pickup form after 4-5pm on the same day the order was scheduled for and also raise a ticket with amazon seller support via call or email(better option) and tell them the order no. which weren't picked up and if still no one comes to attempt pickup(which they wont after 4pm) and next day it will be picked up(take the contact no of the person coming to pickup or ask him the contact no. of the area manager ). Then check after 2 days if your metrics for late shipment were affected or not if they charged you with late shipment reOpen the ticket you previously made and tell them you were charged late shipment and to remove it from your account as you were at no fault for late pickups.
they wil remove the late shipment from your account and from next time you can contact the pickup guy or area manager after 3pm if a pickup is missed..
