A secondary warehouse removed all inventory, then said we shipped it wrong to the first warehouse
I really have no clue how to stop going in circles.
We sent a shipment of 25 units in September to TMB8. They were checked in and dispersed to RDU2 on October 6th, 2 weeks later. RDU2 checked them in and then on October 15th they removed 22 of the 25 units from the shipment to TMB8.
I opened a case because that is an expensive inventory loss. I was told we had the wrong FNSKU labels on the items so they are lost and Amazon is not responsible.
This makes no sense because:
- We use manufacturer barcodes
- Clearly these were checked in without an issue at the receiving warehouse
- These were checked out and then in again at another warehouse
- There was no shipment discrepancy when the shipment was closed
Someone in the new warehouse put the wrong FNSKU stickers on them and messed up the inventory. This does not fall on us. I can show all of this on the inventory ledger and provided our invoices for our brand registered products. I keep getting a repeat of there was a shipment error of the wrong FNSKU on the products and can't seem to get anyone to look at the data I am sending including the highlighted inventory ledger showing where these went missing a month after being checked in at the receiving warehouse.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?
