CUSTOMER ASKING FOR REFUND AFTER TRACKING SHOWS ITEM WAS DELIVERED
HELLO, please what do i do, i have been getting a lot of i did not get my item, when tracking shows the item was delivered, i also get messages from amazon asking me to refund the customers. what's the right way to go about this? because it's like i am throwing my items away.

Did you use Amazon buy-shipping? If so, was the label marked as being protected? If yes to both of these, and assuming there was a timely acceptance scan, you need to refer the buyer to Amazon -- they need to open a claim for non-receipt and Amazon will fund the claim without it impacting your metrics. At least that is their written promise --- Amazon frequently reneges on their promises.
