Amazon will never give back your money such a disappointment !!!!!
Amazon lost 13 of my units three months ago. They reimbursed me for one unit and placed the other 12 under research for 60 days. Once the time limit was reached, I created a case for reconciliation. Initially, my case went unanswered for over a month, despite my repeated requests for updates. When they finally responded, the outcome was extremely disappointing—they claimed to have completed their investigation, found no units, and denied any reimbursement. I have no idea what to do at this point. It feels incredibly difficult to recover my money from Amazon.
