Amazon lost my package and refuse to help
I manufacture my own product (3d Print) and package to sell on Amazon and because of this I have no papertrails to reference so every time I reach out to amazon about a package that they wrote off as a discrepancy after going missing for 2 months at an amazon warehouse they tell me that they cant help because I didn't submit the proper documentation. What am I supposed to do go back in time and make up paperwork and take a picture of the package before I ship. Every time I open a case they close it on first response, they wont even work with me.

that's exactly what I would do. With the well visible shipping label.

We manufacture our own products. When I send to amazon I make an invoice showing the product and quantities. When something like this happens I just scan them and send them over. They have asked for additional information once. I sent them copies of the invoices for bulk steel that we buy. You could probably do the same for your filament/resin and whatever purchases you have for your packaging materials.

Hi @Seller_5EL8gZ9GGM8rI, if you are the manufacturer, you will need to submit a signed packing slip as proof of ownership. This should include the following:
- The date of packing
- Product names
- Quantity
- Shipment ID
