Hi I am new to Amazon and I have shipped my products to Amazon about 2 weeks ago. But my product is inactive and I have limited access to Amazon selling services because I need to provide my tax information.

The problem is when I click on tax information, it just brings me to my business information and shows me the information that I’ve submitted multiple times about the primary contact information. I don’t understand theirs is no button indicating me that there’s a next step, and there’s nothing telling me what should I do to proceed and nothing telling me that my primary contact info is invalid. So If all this information is right how am I suppose to move one to the next step to update my tax information. It’s giving me no option to move to the next step, nor is it telling me there’s a problem with my info.

Please someone help me it’s been weeks since it’s like this.
