Brand registry answers from Seller Support

I am hoping someone can help me. I have an approved brand, Pocket Sponsor, and I have several accounts--. A Brand Registry Account, an Ad account, an Advantage account, a Seller Central account, a Kindle account, a seller central "store" and an Advantage store.

My Brand is not connected to my product which is books. I am publisher and the product is from my company.

Brand Registry cannot figure out to connect my brand to my product. They tell me I have to write in from the proper account that does my product. That is Advantage--my main selling account. But every time I write in from advantage support, they send it to Brand Registry in my Seller account and I am told REPEATEDLY that I am writing from the wrong account--I continue to tell Advantage support to refer this to brand registry support so it comes from the right account, but apparently there is a brand registry connected to Seller Central and one connected to Seller central--I keep getting responses from "brand Registry" but they are in my Seller central support que and NOT from my brand registry account.

I have written to support from each account I have trying to explain this but they all tell me I am writing from the wrong account and they cannot connect my products. they are not getting it that there is more than one brand registry support--possibly they are not told?

Support tickets say, this is from "brand registry support" but it is located in my Seller Central support case log and not my brand registry support case log.. My seller central account is not the right account from the right Emal--but I can't get advantage or seller cental support to understand what is going on. I'm not sure I understand.

It seems so simple--connect my brand to my products? I might mention--this has been several years!!!!! What is the problem? any suggestions would be helpful.

Dougal here and I know we connected a couple of weeks ago regarding your store name and your products not linking. After rereading that post again and this one, I have some courses of action for you to take. Quick caveat, I am going back to some basic listing stuff in my suggestions so please let me know if you have already tried these things since it has been so long. Another caveat, I only have the ability to look at Seller Central, so my instructions will be based from that. I do not have an interface with advantage so I am not sure what could repeated via your Advantage account.

I reviewed 5 ASINs from your catalog in Seller Central and none of the ASIN have a Brand filled out in the "Brand Name" attribute. Stores connects to the Brand, but since there is nothing in that field, I am thinking that may be why you cannot establish a connection with your brand and your products.

Brand Name is a frozen attribute and under normal circumstances it cannot be changed, but in your case, it is worth a shot. Do you have an edit listing section or add products via upload in Advantage? If so, have you tried to update the brand name via those methods? If so, what errors did you receive?

I did find an example of an ASIN that IS connected to your Brand so maybe we can reverse engineer that ASIN for the rest of your catalog or the ASINs that are not connected to your brand.

I look forward to your response and hopefully we can get closer to resolving.
