Why do Amazon employees tell me i have to change something only THEY CAN CHANGE and completely inept to understanding this?
THey need the Product GL category updated to remove restriction. We updated the other half that is Editable on all the listing and gave them proof of such but they keep reply tell me to change the GL product code when it ONLY THEM that can do that?????

I wish we could make sellersupport cases public. Only then would it force amazon to change.....wellllllll maybe

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I see there has been an update in case 16474390851 where Support said the listing is reinstated. Are you still experiencing this issue? Please let me know and I'll further look into it.
