1 St order customer used my product next days it will be returned my product.That customer complaint product is not fil properly. But I have proof I have pack proper way that product quality is good. 2 nd order time customer not add correct address on shipping address.Due to that issue 2 nd order is returned. Means when I have start my account from that time my account goes in minus. I have to request you please my product add in non returnable catagory because I have not get profit.
