"Listing Quality Dashboard: Improve Listing Quality" Dashboard

My ASINS are constantly being misclassified on Amazon as various other product types. This can be seen at the "Listing Quality Dashboard: Improve Listing Quality" dashboard.

Found at the following link:

Link at https://sellercentral.amazon.com/quality?ref_=myi_lqd_vl_fba

All I sell is canvas art aka wall art. I upload all my ASINS with the "wallart" in the "Product Type" / "feed_product_type" field. When I upload my items (I am guessing the Amazon AI does this) about 5-10% my items start to get auto-classified as skirts, boots, Electronic Cables, Other Shirts, Vehicle Light Assemblies...

I think this is some sort of an overall issue with the Amazon automatic classification and perhaps the AI system being implemented by Amazon. I am trying to locate the right person from Amazon to help me address this. I filed support tickets but got nowherehelpful with my requests. Seems like the forums are monitored by Amazon team members who are a bit more helful with less normal Amazon issues.

Here is a list of a few sample ASINS that have this issue:

B07HFGJ6J1 (Auto classified as "Other Shirts")

B07WNXQVTP (Auto classified as "Vehicle Light Assemblies")

B07WW1KMLD (Auto classified as "Other Shirts")

This is happening to a multitude of my ASINS (probably thousands of them) that were all uploaded as "wallart" product type.

Thank you for your time

Have you verified that these products are in fact in the wrong category by using this tool?

The reason I ask is because I have products that show as in the completely wrong product category in the Listing Quality Dashboard, but when I check that tool or the actual product page, it is in the correct one.

I have small tumbled stones and small mineral/crystal specimens for sale that amazon reclassifies as "WALL ART" and "OTHER SHIRTS." My categories are also correct. My category is always correct. It is impossible to get the listings changed out of Wall Art or Other Shirts; I've been trying for two years. I have listings suppressed because I am unable to designate material, sleeve length, etc. total bull***t. Seller Support of course only exists to collect a paycheck, not to support sellers.

i had this happen last May (2023)...at some point in the middle of the night, a bot went through and changed some of the product types/fee categories my items were in. Some were changed from TOYS to VIDEO GAMES.

Video games get an additional $1.80 closing fee, which shouldn't apply to the actual product I was selling.

I usually used seller support tickets, giving them example ASINs in my inventory that were similar products but were still in their correct categories, and the changes were implemented on the mis-categorized items in a day or two.

But then it took HOURS AND HOURS of my time and WEEKS before I was fully reimbursed for the overcharges.
