Dear Amazon Seller Support,

I have been selling on Amazon for over 8 years, always prioritizing customer satisfaction and compliance. However, I am currently facing serious issues with multiple return cases where incorrect items were received.

I have already submitted SAFE-T claims for these cases, along with image and video evidence showing the discrepancies. Unfortunately, one claim has now exceeded the resolution timeline, and despite multiple follow-up cases, I’ve received no meaningful response.

Additionally, we have another unresolved issue involving a replacement order:

Replacement Order ID: 408-9569700-3564310

Original Order ID: 171-6146115-5698714

Case IDs: 11185986592, 11183115542

The replacement shipment was returned due to a delivery cancellation, but the item we received was entirely different from what we shipped. Since no refund was issued to the buyer, I’m unable to file a SAFE-T claim, and the original item was never correctly returned.

This situation has become increasingly difficult to manage, and I kindly urge your team to review these cases thoroughly and process the appropriate reimbursements for the losses incurred.

same happening with us also.....they are warning us not to raise safe t claims

  • Order ID: 403-6470381-1569160 SAFE-T Claim ID: 51552-85655-9944543: the Claim has been approved on June 9th.
  • Replacement Order ID: 408-9569700-3564310: I see there's an internal investigation that's been launched within the Case 11183115542. Please follow-up on the case and don't create new ones for the same topic. You should receive an update as soon as the business team provides a response.
