Best Seller Rank (Sales Rank) is not showing on some products
Some products are showing category specific sales rank info only. Previously, products would show both the overall Sales Rank and the category specific sales rank. We sell in the book category only - thus really need the overall sales rank info. Can we look into this?
I opened a Seller Support case, but as expected, they aren't helpful. Case 17779031211

I'm not sure why you're talking about the Best Seller badge... this is not at all what we are referring to.
Again - I am talking about the overall sales rank NOT being shown. Instead - we are seeing category specific sales rank - which is COMPLETELY useless to us book sellers. As a book seller, I ONLY want the overall sales rank.
The Scoutly screenshots from jubileebooks is a perfect example.... Overall, 8 million sales rank, but the product page is showing the category specific sales rank of 25,000. Some of our software will see that worthless 25,000 sales rank number and give us bad data.
Can we dig into this again?
