Two FBA inbound shipments in row were lost by Amazon

Two! one by one shipments closed by Amazon with 0 items located. After goofy come-offs and all the invoices they require are sumitted they just say that recieved empty boxes from me with no products at all.

If someone from the team do cast an eye over this subject here are shipments IDs:

Regarding, shipment FBA18DY0P0BN, it appears the carrier assigned never submitted an appointment with the designated fulfillment center. Please partner with the carrier for proof of delivery. If you believe your shipment was lost on it's way to the Fulfillment Center, provide the drop-off receipt or proof of pick-up from the carrier. This information will be vital in determining if the shipment can be reconciled or reimbursed to you.
