Help removing product feedback
The buyer left a product feedback and that was totally a product feedback. Please help us to delete it.

The customer said, ‘I thought it was a wreath with shells on it, but it's really just a piece of cardboard with pictures on it.’ The customer was spouting off about our workmanship and how our style didn't live up to his expectation. This is totally a product feedback. It should be removed.
Trouble Amazon to seriously check it.
It really hurts Amazon merchants if Amazon don't help remove such obvious feedback. All in all, please help remove the feedback, thank you very much.

It also hurts all Amazon sellers (in theory anyway) when buyers are duped into thinking they are getting a wreath and instead receive a picture of a wreath.
Clearly the main image is in violation. That cannot be an actual photograph of what you sell. Not to mention all the extraneous decorations which are not allowed.

It's also recommended to continue reviewing your Voice of the Customer dashboard and analyze why the feedback on this product may be more negative than expected in order to make improvements on the ASIN and it's detail page.
Additionally, you may be able to reduce potential customer returns and negative feedback by adding critical product information: Customers often return products due to a lack of critical product information on the product detail page, for example, compatibility features for headphones and cables. By adding more information, you can reduce the number of returns.
