VAT Exemption

I am a UK resident and my company is register with company house as LTD company.

I would like know how or which should i fill to be VAT exempt.

First, you cannot be exempted. It is bad terminology that Amazon uses.

You either pay vat or you don't.

If you are a UK resident/UK company and under the VAT threshold, then you don't do anything at all.

Though why the Ltd company if your not even at VAT registration yet? It's basically a waste of accountancy fees and no real advantage at all.
